We process most orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the item’s availability. Please note: some items may ship separately if they come from different warehouses.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on eligible items. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Some items like final sale, swimwear, or beauty products may not be eligible for return.

with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Our pieces are unworn, new, meaning they’re in perfect condition and often come from past seasons exclusive collections.
Since many of our luxury pieces are one-of-a-kind or from limited collections, we usually do not restock the same item.
Unfortunately, due to limited stock, we cannot reserve items. All products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our women’s fashion pieces are fulfilled by our trusted suppliers and shipped from U.S.-based or international warehouses depending on the item.
Some items ship from different locations or suppliers, so they may arrive separately. We’ll provide tracking numbers for each shipment.
